Friday Fast Fix Kinesiology Tip - Increase Energy / Decrease Overwhelm
The Thymus gland is linked between the mind and the body and when there is emotional or physical disturbance this can cause the thymus gland to shrink.
It is also known as the 'happiness point' and when this is balanced it can revitalise your energy and immune system and decrease worry / overwhelm.
Known as the 'Thymus Thump' taking a little time every day to energise this area will help you with sustaining your energy and support your immune system.
1 - Thump in the middle of your chest with your fist (think Tarzan). Repeat the 'thump' over this area rhythmically several times whilst thinking of something wonderful. Do this for about 20 seconds and breathe deeply in and out.
2 - You will know when you have activated the thymus gland as you will feel a little tingling or a subtle feeling of 'joy' or 'happiness'. For some people it may take a little time before you 'feel' anything. Persevere and you will get it and well worth it.
3 - Do this every day to ensure your thymus gland is activated but do several times a day if you are suffering from anxiety, panic attacks or stress to keep your system supported.
