Fast Fix Vitamin B Cheat Sheet


Friday Fast Fix Kinesiology Tip: Vitamins can be broken up into 2 categories: fat soluble and water soluble.


Fat soluble vitamins are: A,D,E&K. Water soluble are: C and all of the B vitamins.


What's the difference? Essentially, water soluble vitamins pass through your body, where as fat soluble vitamins are stored for longer term use.


We need to replace the water soluble vitamins daily to help your body have all the support that it needs. This is a cheat sheet for where to find the B vitamins.


To understand your body and where it may need support a Kinesiology session will guide you by understanding the root challenges in your system and identify any areas which may need support through dietary changes or supplement boosts.
