Breathe


Today is a 'big' day for some of you in finding out about school places.

When we feel overwhelmed there can be the tendency to shallow breathe.


Deep, slow, full breaths have an amazing effect on resetting the stress response, because the vagus nerve goes through your diaphragm and is activated with every deep breath.

Take ten deep breaths now, and notice how differently you feel after.
