YOU DO NOT NEED TO STRUGGLE WITH HORMONAL CHALLENGES



You do not need to struggle with hormonal challenges.

When you experience PMS, menopausal, anxiety/stress and other problems, these are all signs of imbalances in your sex hormones.

With Kinesiology we work out the 'why' of what is causing the symptoms, what are the imbalances and then work 'with' your body to understand how to create balance and ease the symptoms.


Many of us 'put up with' the challenges and symptoms but this does not have to be the case, they can be supported.


Firstly look at your diet and take out the processed foods, and aim to incorporate more whole real foods.


If there are still challenges then working with your body supplement smartly. In a Kinesiology session your body will show the priority supplements and support it needs for balancing the system.


There are also lifestyle changes such as food, exercise, sleep and stress reduction. All of which would be found and supported during your Kinesiology session which will be unique and tailored to your wellness journey.
