When I feel overwhelmed these are some of my easy to use 'go to' supports to overcome the stress.


Good nutrition, being outside are supportive. Remember the stress PERCEPTION too. Try swapping the word Change for Stress and see how it feels. Rather than saying "I am stressed", review your perception and use "I'm going through a lot of Change".


By reviewing your stress perception you gain a healthier and more adaptive stress response.
