Fibromyalgia is a named condition which causes symptoms such as: pain all over the body, disrupted sleep, fatigue, mind set and emotional ill health.

What is causing fibromyalgia symptoms? There is always a reason for symptoms. They are the body’s only way of letting us know that things are not right within us.

With Fibromyalgia it is simply a range of symptoms arising from the root cause of high inflammation (mainly from diet) that can no longer be managed by the body.

• Processed Sugar – is the highest inflammatory substance. Sugar plays the biggest part in raising inflammation within the body.

• Processed sugar is ‘sold’ to us as an energy giver, which it is, although VERY short lived and then we pay a BIG price when our bodies are forced to manage the influx.

• Wheat – (not always ALL gluten).Is now sadly a highly inflammatory food. Refined wheat products have a high G.I, which means they can cause your blood sugar levels to spike and cause inflammation.
