These are just 'some' of the areas a Kinesiology session looks into when finding the root cause of symptoms of Perimenopause.

Of all the symptoms that are spoken of during a Kinesiology session the 'hot flashes' are one of the most challenging.

A hot flash is a sudden feeling of intense heat or warmth that seems to come from nowhere, and quickly spreads throughout the body, in particular the face, neck and chest. It can occur at any time of the day, often lasting several minutes, and is due to the blood vessels in the surface of the skin opening up, allowing blood to flow through and the excess heat to be dissipated into the air. More severe hot flashes may involve other vasomotor symptoms such as sweating and if they occur at night can cause considerable disruption to sleep, commonly referred to as night sweats.

One of the supplements we consider looking into is the herb Sage to support your system.

In 2019, an interventional clinical trial was published in the International Journal of Reproduction BioMedicine, the results showed significant differences in the severity of hot flashes, night sweats, panic, fatigue and concentration following supplementation with sage extract.

When considering supplementation with this valuable herb it’s important to note that this would only be suggested if your body showed this as priority alongside other supports to ensure your system has everything it needs. It is only during a Kinesiology session that we would be able to determine your unique wellness plan.
